About the Undergraduate Women’s Leadership Institute:
The Institute focuses exclusively on the leadership development of undergraduate women, bringing together approximately 50 student participants, along with faculty and staff mentors, from the 14 State System Campuses. This three-day program provides a dynamic and informal setting where students engage in skill-building workshops, form meaningful networks, and learn from accomplished women leaders and mentors.
