What We Do

The PASSHE Women’s Consortium (the Consortium) is the only organization within the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) that acts on behalf of all women — faculty, staff, administrators and students. The Consortium meets with the Chancellor regularly to identify, address and monitor the concerns of women from across fourteen campuses. The Consortium’s initiatives include an annual conference dedicated to women’s and gender issues, and summer leadership institutes for faculty, staff and undergraduate women. Membership in the Consortium is open to all genders, race, ethnicity, age, and sexual orientation.
